Orlando Cash Home Sales Statistics

The Orlando real estate market saw a wide range of single-family home cash sales during the week ending August 21, 2025. From modest starter homes to multimillion-dollar estates, buyers continued to demonstrate strong demand across all price points.

A total of 30 single-family homes were reported sold for cash during the week. Prices ranged from as low as $135,000 to as high as $4,980,000, reflecting both affordability at the entry level and the continued strength of Orlando’s luxury housing market.

At the lower end of the spectrum, the least expensive home was located at 3037 Herold Drive (MLS A4658306), selling for $135,000. This two-bedroom, one-bathroom property offered 750 square feet of living space on a 0.19-acre lot, with a price of just $160 per square foot. For investors, smaller homes like this continue to represent attractive opportunities for rental income or affordable housing flips.

On the opposite end, the highest-priced cash sale of the week was a luxury estate at 9508 Sloane Street (MLS O6298092), which sold for $4,980,000. This expansive five-bedroom, six-bathroom residence featured more than 6,000 square feet on over half an acre, trading at $710 per square foot. Another notable high-end sale was at 7624 Pointe Venezia Drive (MLS O6301860), which closed for $2,349,000, highlighting the steady demand for Orlando’s premier gated communities.

Mid-range sales remained strong as well. Several homes between $400,000 and $700,000 closed quickly, including 807 Palmer Street at $525,000 and 12151 Alder Branch Loop at $625,000. These properties, often between 1,500 and 2,800 square feet, continue to attract local buyers and out-of-state investors alike.

Price per square foot varied significantly, with homes selling from as low as $105 per square foot at 1601 Crooms Avenue to as high as $710 per square foot in the luxury market. The majority of sales, however, clustered between $250 and $400 per square foot, reflecting Orlando’s balanced affordability compared to other major Florida metros.

Overall, the week’s cash transactions show continued strength in Orlando’s single-family housing sector. Investors and buyers alike are finding opportunities at every level—from affordable entry points to luxury waterfront estates—keeping Orlando one of Florida’s most dynamic and diverse real estate markets.
